General Cargo:
Following standard conditions are applied for all cargo unless specifically required for several stations:
- Advance booking request not later than 24 hours before STD.
- Final AirWaybill data to be submitted not later than 18 hours before STD.
- Cargo should be delivered 'Secured' with security status and RAC-number indicated on AirWaybill.
- For latest Acceptance Time (LAT) refer to Stations details.
- Maximum weight per piece limit 200/250 kg.
- Dimensions limits listed in Loadability table.
- Shippers are responsible to warrant that all legislation concerning countries of export/import or transit is followed, and required permits, certificates or other documentation is available for customs, health or other authorities.
Express (XPS):
For time-definite shipments high priority status on requested flights:
- Booking request latest 12 h before STD with XPS code.
- Acceptance 240 min before STD.
- AirWaybill ready for release 240 min after ATA at selected stations.
- Applicable for General cargo, PIL, PER with no temperature requirements.
Heavy cargo (HEA,OHG):
- For each piece over 150 kgs Weight and Dimensions to be specified separately with booking request.
- Service is limited to number stations and subject to confirmation of handler at destination/transit stations.
Perishable Cargo (PER):
Product for Perishables with no temperature regulation requirements.
- On direct U6 routes only.
- SH codes PER/PEF/PEP/PEM should be indicated on AirWaybill.
- Standardized operating procedures to avoid/minimize exposures to extreme conditions.
Temperature sensitive cargo (CRT, COL):
Service for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, medicals and biotech products:
- Subject to availability of temperature regulated facilities.
- Advance booking request expected with mandatory special handling codes: CRT +5°..+25°C, COL +2°..+8°C, FRO below 0°C.
- Pharmaceutical products should contain in AirWaybill PIL code, explicit temperature requirements and 24h contact telephone of a person knowledgeable about the shipment.
- Shipment should be documented and prepared in accordance with IATA Temperature Control Regulations.
- Appropriate packing solution and IATA Time and Temperature Sensitive label on every package to be ensured by Shipper.
Dangerous Goods (DG):
Articles or substances which are classified according to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations to be declared with booking request.
- Service is limited to number of DG acceptable and subject to approval.
- Prior 48h request is mandatory with corresponding DG code/ Class/ UN number.
- DG must be correctly identified, classified, packed, marked, labeled and documented according to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
- The shipper is responsible for all aspects of packing and filling of DG Declaration.
Live Animals (AVI):
- Advance request (not less than 48 h) is mandatory with AVI SH code.
- On direct U6 routes only.
- AirWaybill should contain 24 – hour phone number in the event of an emergency.
- The shipper is responsible for compliance with national and carrier regulations as applicable.
Vulnerable (VUN) and Valuables (VAL):
VAL not accepted. VUN could be accepted with XPS service on request. Limited to destinations with special storage facilities and surveillance processes availability.
Diplomatic (DIP)/Personal(PAC):
- Special handling codes DIP or PAC are required with Booking.
- Shippers are responsible to warrant that all legislation concerning countries of export/import or transit is followed, and required permits, certificates or other documentation is available for customs, health or other authorities.
- Declaration on non-restricted contents is required for shipments in transit via Russia.
